Mental Health Awareness: voices from coaches and club leaders :)
We shared a series of short videos featuring coaches and club leaders speaking about what helps them stay balanced.
These personal messages highlighted practical supports such as: short reset routines (breathing, pauses, structure), supportive communication within the club, boundaries and recovery, and realistic expectations.
By sharing real voices, we aimed to normalise the conversation: coaches also need care, not only performance.
